Getting us Your Digital File

Files are generally uploaded during the ordering process.  However, if you skipped that part or wanted to wait, you have the following alternatives:

 

Under 10MB

Over 10MB

  • PHP Upload - Click the Link below to upload via the web.

    Upload with PHP
     

  • FTP Upload for those familiar with the process.  If you are not, PHP Upload is recommended (above).

  • The directory is write only, so you will not be able to read files once they are uploaded.

Please note:

  • If you have not yet placed an order but are sending us files, you will still need to place an order. However, when prompted to upload your photo, you may bypass that step.
     

  • Please send us an email at photos@pilloz.com with your order information and the name of the file you have uploaded.
     

  • If not uploading an image during the ordering process, please include the order number in the filename or your last name with something unique to avoid duplicate files - i.e. 1040Smith.jpg.  Can't have everyone naming their photo "Picture.jpg!"

Scanning Your Image

  • If you would like us to scan your image, we are more than happy to. Just send it to the address below and we will return it with your order.

  • Our scanning capabilities are six-color, 96-bit scanning at 4800x9600dpi.  This provides a very detailed and crisp reproduction of your photo.

  • You will still need to place an order.  However, when prompted to upload your photo, you may bypass that step.

Mailing Address

  • Please include a print of your order form with any mailing.  If there are multiple photos, please identify the photo for each fabric.
